What is a Monster interview? Unlike the lengthy interviews we sometimes offer, it's limited to a few questions. From week to week, you'll find different recurring themes. But on this occasion, as I read the answers, I wondered what a Why Bother? meeting with S.U.G.A.R. might be like ... Have fun with WHY BOTHER?  ! WHY BOTHER?  : Calling All Goons  (Feel It Records LP  - Octobre 2023) (Mason City, Iowa, États-Unis) Terry (chant & synthé), Pamela (basse) et Speck (guitare et chant) C'est le 4ᵉ album en trois ans de ce groupe bien particulier. On trouve par exemple du punk, du post-punk de la wave (le synthé est présent)  sur ce disque un peu fou. En tout cas, c'est une superbe surprise qui me rappelle beaucoup l'inventivité du début des années 80. On pense un peu à Digital Leather, mais ils font leur truc à eux.
