10 YEARS OF CHAPUTA : THE TOXICS / LOLA LOLA

Records !!!

THE TOXICS

We started our cooperation with Chaputa Records when we were looking for a publisher for our new Lp (A Place Called Razors Edge) in the beginning of 2021. We had heard about Chaputa Records over the years and knew that they published a lot of Scandinavian bands, so we dared to contact them. After we sent the "tapes" to Chaputa, we almost immediately got an enthusiastic response to the songs and Chaputa seemed to be the right label to release our band's music. We agreed with Chaputa that we will release our new LP together and also seven inch (Dirty Little Cigarette) before the release of the LP. As a record company, Chaputa has worked brilliantly for our band. We couldn't have asked for better communication and handling of things with Chaputa. Chaputa puts a lot of work and time into the release of his records and tries to do the best things for the releases. Bands get the best platform to release their music. The Toxics band would like to wish a very happy 10th birthday to Chaputa Records and Esgar and Rui Themoteo behind the label. We also wish Chaputa a successful next 10 years! Long Live Chaputa hooray, hooray, hooray!!

LOLA LOLA

Our recording adventure with Chaputa! Records started with the release of our fourth seven-inch "killed a Man in a Field" in 2019. After "Baby Please Don't Go", which came out in January, we have another release planned for this year.
The explanation for the good relationship between LOLA LOLA and Chaputa! Records is because there is respect and admiration between both parties.
We have a very similar way of feeling music, which is also reflected in the various aspects that involve other artistic areas. And when that's the case, everything rolls quickly and without complications. We hope it continues like this and we’re sure it will!
Long live Chaputa! Records and cheers to Esgar and Themoteo!
